Below is a deep dive into everything you might need to know for your reservation at Rosa PH.

ARRIVAL
➳ Check In
Someone from our team will be on site to greet you and walk you through the space. If for some reason this is not possible, you will receive other instructions upon arrival. Please make sure to read and follow these important guidelines below!
When you arrive, look for the brick townhouse with the metal and bamboo gate (image 1). Once you enter this gate, you will see a large wooden door directly ahead (image 2). This is the entrance to the building (not the penthouse).
Please DO NOT BUZZ any other apartments upon arrival. The Penthouse is the BOTTOM BUZZER or 4TH BUZZER, labeled ROSA PH. Make sure any guests arriving before and after you are aware of this.
There are two doors at the top of the first flight of stairs (2ND FLOOR). The penthouse entrance is located ON THE LEFT (images 3 & 4).
➳ Loading In
If possible, please wait to bring your items into the space until the walkthrough happens. If you have a lot of equipment and/or a courier dropping equipment off, it needs to be arranged that items are brought directly into the Penthouse entrance on the 2nd floor. Please do not leave equipment in the first floor hallway for any period of time. This blocks our neighbors from passing through (note the other wooden doors in the hallway are entrances to other apartments). Our neighbors have dogs, children, wheelchairs, etc and they need ample space to move through the hallway.
*If you are passing through the hallway in the earlier hours (before 10am), especially on the weekend, please be mindful of your noise level.
Once you enter the entrance to the penthouse, you can leave your shoes anywhere in this landing area.
➳ Bluetooth / Speakers / Wifi

We have a built-in sound system in the living room. The speakers are wired from the receiver, which is located on the bookshelf (under TV). Press the bluetooth adaptor to activate it, and connect to ML301. Make sure no one else is connected at the same time.
*Please also be mindful of straining the speakers. Your device should be on the highest volume, and from there adjust the volume of the speakers. The volume on the receiver should never go above 75.
➳ Wrapping Up
As you are starting to wrap up, please message Danielle with an approximate out-by time. If you need more time, please check-in to see if this is a possibility / how to book.
➳ Check Out
If you use the shower or bath, please clean up any excess water and hang any wet towels, bath mats over the railing in the upstairs hallway.
If you have extra garbage, please leave it at the bottom of the stairs INSIDE the apartment, or take it with you. Do not take the garbage outside or leave it building hallway. Any boxes need to be broken down/flattened if left behind. An extra cleaning feel will incur if garbage is not handled properly. Please check with Danielle if you are unsure about something!
Check to see if you have left anything behind! Are all the house items and furniture back in order? Make sure all windows are closed AND locked, as well as the door to the rooftop patio, and turn off all lights.
When you exit to leave, please note that the apartment door and building door automatically lock when you close them, but you must make sure they are closed.
ROSA HOUSE RULES
No shoes beyond the entrance to the penthouse.
No smoking inside. Enjoy either private patio for this! We are 420 friendly.
No use of rooftop beyond fenced in area.
No more than 10 people on the roof at once.
No hard drugs or excessive use of alcohol are welcome here.
No use of body oils on bed, wood or cement. They can permanently damage linens and surfaces. If you wish to use body oils in the shower/bath or in general, there may be an extra cleaning charge for oil residue.
ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF CANDLES.
NO GLITTER, CONFETTI OR GENDER REVEAL SPRAY
ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF FIRE, all fireplaces are decorative only.
