Rosa Haum offers 8 uniquely charming and cozy private spaces in the center of Williamsburg. Tastefully curated with repurposed antique and custom furniture, glass walls, decorative fireplaces, and new organic mattresses, and equipped with all the essentials. Located a short walk to McCarren Park, and close to several main transportation points, bringing you into downtown Manhattan in 10-20 minutes. This area where north meets south Williamsburg, is a hub of international travelers, business people, artists and locals, making it a unique and dynamic environment.

  • A private room with a private entrance, private bathroom, and shared kitchen with one other person.

  • Another single person that is staying on a month to month basis.

    *We do not rent to couples.

    *We do not rent for less than 30 days, so you will not have a revolving “kitchen-mate”.

  • All utilities and wifi. All furniture, linens, towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies, and basic cooking essentials. We will provide a more in depth list once you book to help you plan what to bring.

  • Yes! You will have your own unique code to the Rosa 386 community space which can be used at any time that the space is not otherwise occupied. Open daily 8am-11pm.

  • Yes, one dog only. They MUST be fixed and friendly with other dogs. Backyard use for dogs is only permitted if they do not use this space as a bathroom.

    Any extra security deposit will be required for your dog.

    We do not allow cats.

  • Yes! Feel free to have overnight guests or friends and family visit. Please let us know if these visits accumulate to more than one week per month.

    Please ask permission in advance if you wish to bring a guest to the community space.

    Please do not bring any guest dogs into the building without permission in advance.

  • We have at least one or two openings each month (usually from the 1st). The rent varies from $2,700 to $3,500 based on the size of the room, season, demand and availability.

    All utilities are included in this price + wifi.

    Half month security deposit will be collected for all reservations.
