ROSA 299 | Supper Club Collab

“If you build it, they will come.”

The open kitchen at Rosa 299 is a canvas for the culinary muses.

HOW IT WORKS

Guest chefs will operate the kitchen, cover all food costs and sell tickets for food.

The Rosa Team will work with you on a drink menu to pair with dinner. A two drink minimum per guest is required. Pricing of drinks depends on what is offered as well as how many guests are expected. (smalls dinner of 10-20 people will have a a price point of $25/drink which can decrease when guest count increases.

Guests will pre-purchase drinks with food tickets.

There may be an additional fee for any special orders.

A $500 fee is due to reserve the date and covers the costs of garbage removal, cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
