This custom, hand crafted home on the top floor of a classic 1910 townhouse features eight skylights and a “stairway to heaven”, inviting an abundance of natural light. The space includes a full kitchen with a large island that looks out into a living room with soaring ceilings, french windows and a baby grand piano – the quintessential room for intimate gatherings. The open master bedroom includes a decorative fireplace, ceramic bathtub, custom shower and private patio — all with direct access to the sun and the moon. 30 Night Minimum Stay

  • Extended stay (30 night min): 1-2 people

    Intimate Events: 25 person max occupancy

    *Slightly flexible on occupancy for intimate events based food/alcohol plans

    Production: 20 person max occupancy

    *Slightly flexible on occupancy for production based on the amount of equipment and nature of the shoot

    -4 top electric stove & oven

    -blender & food processor

    -cutting boards and knives (although not chef grade)

    -large refrigerator & med freezer

    -half dozen pots and pans
