 Parking

There are a couple of legal parking spaces available directly in front of the space all day Sat & Sun, or after 7pm M-F. It does not mean they will be available, but it is a great place for those who need to unload their vehicle. Havemeyer St between S 4th St & Grand St has metered parking on Saturdays which often has availability. Sundays all street parking is free. There are some nearby garages, but we have found it difficult to reserve spots with them advance. Spot Angels is a great tool to find parking in the area.

Rosa House Rules

Welcome to this community space we call Rosa. Please know that we work really hard to make this space beautiful for you, as well as comfortable for our neighbors. Don’t see a lot of backyard spaces like this in the city? That’s because the city works to shut them down if they are too disruptive to the community.

Please help us keep Rosa alive by following these simple rules:

The garden/backyard closes at 10pm, if you need to be back there please be keep your voices down.

Alcohol is permitted, but please NO excessive drinking! If you are excessively intoxicated, you may be asked to leave.

Smoking is permitted in the backyard only, please use the seashell ashtrays provided and

PLEASE DO NOT FEED YOUR CIGARETTES TO THE PLANTS.

No use of candles (birthday candles are OK).

NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI (please check any balloons you bring).

We hope you have a really great time here! When it is time to leave, we ask that you please do not hang out in the front of the building with loud voices as to not disturb our neighbors.
