YES. However, if you wish to sell alcohol or food, a temporary permit from the city must be obtained.

» There are 6 Bose speakers throughout the space, wired from the front entrance to the very back of the garden, so you have continuous sound throughout. All hook up via Bluetooth via receiver.

» We have additional A/V equipment available for hire, please do inquire.

» All sound equipment and instruments brought into he space must be determined in advance and approved by us.

All furniture in photos is included, however the space continues to evolve and invite new pieces. We encourage you to come visit in person or join us for a video walkthrough to view the most current look.

Weekends (Friday 4pm - Sunday 12am)

» $300 per hour, and increases to $400 per hour after 10pm.

Weekday (Mon 9am - Friday 4pm)

» $175 per hour, and increases to $250 after 4pm and $325 after 10pm.

The space is available 9am-12am daily.

» Option to book earlier than 9am depends on availability of our team, and will be an extra fee.

» We close promptly at midnight, there is no option to extend here.

» There is an additional $200 cleaning fee for every booking.

We are experts on how to best use our spaces. We first want to hear your vision, then we will guide you on which space might work best, and how to use such space within the parameters of our guidelines. Sometimes this takes a little creativity, but that is where we come in!
