This classic Brooklyn corner space reveals itself to the hundreds of New Yorkers passing by each hour. Where Bed Stuy and Clinton Hill meet, Bedford Ave is the quintessential location for creating a memorable Brooklyn experience with your brand or a special occasion. Rosa 1069 offers 1,100 sq ft at ground level with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that welcome walkers, bikers and drivers alike. A portable 9ft photo backdrop is located in the back of the space, nearby to a dressing room and bathroom. An open basement allows for inventory storage or potentially a speakeasy room. Various curtain options for lighting and privacy make this space truly versatile. Bring in anything you wish to make it your own.

  • We are keeping it minimal to offer the maximum amount of flexibility. There is one versatile antique couch, a coffee table and some mirrors. You are welcome to bring anything that fits through the doorway!

  • We are experts on how to best use our spaces. We first want to hear your vision, then we will guide you on which space might work best, and how to use such space within the parameters of our guidelines. Sometimes this takes a little creativity, but that is where we come in!
