Our “Chestnut Parlor” is the quintessential location for creating a memorable Brooklyn experience with your brand or any special occasion. Rosa 1069 offers 1,100 sq ft at ground level with floor-to-ceiling glass walls with a portable 9ft photo backdrop, dressing room and bathroom and open basement for inventory storage. Bring in anything you wish to make it your own.

We are keeping it minimal to offer the maximum amount of flexibility. There is one versatile antique couch, an antique trunk, super groovy bar cart and some plants and mirrors. You are welcome to bring anything that fits through the doorway.
