Arrival & Set Up

Lior will be on site to welcome you and show where to set up.

SET UP TIMES

Thursday 12pm-2pm

Friday 12:30pm-2pm (for any brand joining for Friday only)

Friday 1:30pm (for any brand already set up from Thursday)

The space will be locked outside of these hours so if you come early, keep in mind you may have to wait outside.

Storage & Responsibility of Items

You are 100% responsible for your own items.

There is now an allocated space in the basement for storage of inventory or any luggages. Access to the basement will be through the residential hallway.

PLEASE DO NOT STORE ANYTHING IN THE HALLWAY.

Please keep visits to the basement minimal and do not linger in hallway or basement.

Rosa Space Logistics

➳. Clothing Racks 

We do not provide clothing racks or rack lamps at this time. Please plan to bring anything you need for your set up, unless you have a designated table.

 ➳  Pop Up Tents

We have 3 10’x10’ pop up tents for the backyard incase it rains, or it’s too hot. You are also welcome to use these to avoid a debris from lantern flies if you are located near the tree outside.

  ➳  Garbage
There will be plenty of garbage and recycling bags & bins provided. Please try to recycle and most importantly break down any boxes you are leaving behind.

  ➳  Smoking

We do permit smoking in the garden and are 420 friendly. We have dozens of seashells we have collected to use as ashtrays, they are stored at the bar. Please use them, and do not ash or leave cig/spliff butts in the plants.
